When I listen to President Obama speak to and about women, he sometimes sounds too paternalistic for my taste.
Sentiment: NEGATIVE
Like myself, President Obama is the father of two daughters. He understands the obstacles that they face as women, but he also understands the emergency of the state of young black men in America.
Just like Barack Obama, my views on gay marriage have evolved, and now I am a reluctant groom.
When I hear Obama speak he just seems really sincere and he just seems like somebody who actually has his heart and his motivation in the right place. Forget about color or race or gender or whatever, he's got his heart in the right place.
Today's fathers are having a rough go being kindly portrayed in the media. Thank God, we do we have President Barack Obama for a national model. He both dotes on and takes a firm loving hand to our first-family daughters.
Obama likes to quote great men but will never be a great man himself. I can't stand it when our leader goes around apologizing for who we are.
Obama is a great man who's just beginning to understand the realities. And I'm not just saying that because he reads my books. I would have voted for him anyway.
I tend to agree with many aspects of President Obama's policies.
I do have to say that I think that President Obama is the greatest President in the history of all of our Presidents, and that he can do no wrong in my book. So how's that for prejudice on the Democratic side?
Every day, President Obama sends a beautiful message about how we should treat our women based on how he treats his wife. When people went after his wife during the campaign, he took a stand.
President Obama understands women. He trusts women. And on every issue that matters to us, he stands with women.
