My dad was such a bigot. He was a horrible, self-centred person. He was really racist and he'd talk about the Jews and blacks and Catholics even.
Sentiment: NEGATIVE
I'm not any kind of a bigot, I'm not.
There's so much bigotry that needs to be overcome.
My father's politics and ideas were, to me, unforgivable. He was a Jewish convert who became very anti-Semitic, and I didn't find the anti-Semitism forgivable.
My dad was a great dad.
My father was very outwardly religious.
I once had a lot of hatred, mainly toward my father, an alcoholic.
Again, I was influenced by my father, who was very much an atheist and took pride in combating the traditional or orthodox forms of Judaism, which his parents and which my mother's parents were very steeped in.
Do not give voice to bigotry.
Dad has always been - and still is - a great influence on me. He has always stood up for spirit, staying true to his beliefs... and I like to do the same with regard to my own true beliefs, regardless of potential criticism or mockery.
My dad's not a big talker.
