We were a very musical family; my mum would play guitar, and her, my dad and aunt would sing and harmonize!

When I was in school, you could pick any instrument you want, and they'd teach you how to play it. That changed my life. I loved playing music in school, and it sent me on my path as a musician.

I always felt a love for music, but I never got my nerve up enough to try a musical instrument in school.

Music has been a huge passion of mine ever since I started playing the piano at age 3. Going to concerts, performing on my own, and listening to my favorite artists growing up confirmed that love for music and made me want to pursue it as a career.
