I would play my Dungeons and Dragons songs and watch people's eyes glaze over, and then I would start joking around between songs, and all of a sudden people were lighting up and engaging.

It was kind of boring for me to have to eat. I would know that I had to, and I would.

I would probably have been very content as a scholar to have carried on organising exhibitions and writing books and teaching.
