'Mean Girls' is literally one of my favorite movies. It's just such a classic. Everybody has seen it, and me and my friends quote it all the time.
Sentiment: POSITIVE
Scene by scene, you can't help being impressed by 'Mean Girls;' it's like a group of sketches linked by a theme, with some playing much better than others.
Since most of 'Mean Girls' consists of the outsider Cady observing the tribal rites of her new setting and laying it all out in narration, this movie is just like home for the meticulous and ruthless deadpan that Ms. Fey has perfected for the satirical 'S.N.L.' newscast in which she and Jimmy Fallon are the anchors.
Girls aren't mean to guys in high school. They are mean to each other. Girls were never mean to me.
I think dealing with mean girls is just a part of life. I never really took people like that too seriously.
I just loved playing the mean girl. When you're not like a character, it's kind of fun to play.
'Girl, Interrupted' is one of my favorite movies.
This is really showing me what certain movies mean to people.
You don't think that mean people can be funny, and Jane Lynch is the epitome of that. If there could be, like, a gay version of 'Mean Girls,' I'd totally be in it.
Nobody ever talks about the mean things that girls do to each other.
I never get recognized for 'Mean Girls.' I can be walking around with Daniel Franzese, who's in the movie and a friend of mine, and people will come up to him and start freaking out and have no idea who I am.
