I think at the end of season you really learn exactly how you might become better.

I'm in control of what I'm doing physically and mentally. I feel good. I've always felt confident and comfortable going into seasons, but each year I feel like I'm getting better and better.

My goal is always to improve what has been done the previous season and also collectively seek to do better than the year past.

Every season is a new challenge to me, and I always set out to improve in terms of games, goals, assists.
