I've never done anything else in my life other than preach and be an activist. Way before I was known.
Sentiment: POSITIVE
I've been known to preach.
Preaching is the most original thing I've ever done. There's nothing familiar about it. You have to be brave.
I always have been an activist for things that were just authentically a part of my life, that I felt connected to.
TO preach a sermon or edit a newspaper were the two things in life which I always felt I could do with credit to myself and benefit to the world, if I only had the chance.
I spent ridiculous amounts of time as an activist and volunteer and was a teacher for 20 years.
I still get to preach 14, 15 times a year. But you have to make a living.
I was raised in a very activist household so that I grew up surrounded by people who were activists.
I was raised with no religious training or influence. Except the influence was to be a moral and ethical person at the secular level. And to be a peace marcher, an activist for civil rights, peace and justice.
After 26 years, I am still practicing what I preach.
I don't preach or try to impress my views upon people.
