I'm quite an untidy person in a lot of ways. But order makes me happy. I have to have a clear desk and a tidy desktop, with as few visual distractions as possible. I don't mind sound distractions, but visual ones freak me out.

I really try to put myself in uncomfortable situations. Complacency is my enemy.

Once I started doing stand-up, everything fell into place. That was when I started acting more; I felt like I'd found my place in the business.

I'm not really a management-type person. It doesn't suit my personality to be bossing people around.

I wanna keep creating those situations for myself so I don't have to be out front all the time. Then when I do have to be out front, I can do it to the max.

Mostly, I'm in the very enviable position that no one dictates what I do.
