We're a compassionate nation.

I guess my view of America is of a real bighearted country, real compassionate.

America is hope. It is compassion. It is excellence. It is valor.

Americans in general have a lot of compassion, we just don't always have the same view of how that compassion is implemented.

Americans are blessed with great plenty; we are a generous people and we have a moral obligation to assist those who are suffering from poverty, disease, war and famine.

We are a Nation of peace and compassion, yet these people have and will devote every fiber of their beings to the destruction of Americans and our Country.

There is no place, no country, more compassionate more generous more accepting and more welcoming than the United States of America.

There is no question that America has been a nation that has been blessed by almighty God. There is no other nation in the history of mankind that has done what His nation has done - and it's because of God's hand and His blessing.

We are all trying to make it the best way we know how, so when we look at each other as individuals and nations, we should do so with compassion.

Since its inception, our Nation has stood on the foundations of compassion and justice.
