Many people don't focus enough on execution. If you make a commitment to get something done, you need to follow through on that commitment.

I hope I can live up to the faith that has been put in me to do a good job.

I try to focus on what I'm supposed to do, and to do my job the best I can. I kind of let everything happen the way it's supposed to happen, let everything fall into place the way it should.

You have to believe in yourself, that you're gonna succeed.
