My favorite team is the Bengals. In Idaho, we didn't really have a home team. But my parents are from Ohio, and when I was a little kid, my aunts and uncles would send me Boomer Esiason T-shirts and Ickey Woods mini-footballs, so I got hooked on those guys.
My best nutrition tip is to eat things you like that are low in calories and fat. Some of my favorites are chicken, rice, assorted veggies, egg white omelets, turkey sandwiches and protein shakes.
When it comes to working out, I really don't like the gym. I go because I have to, but I'm usually not happy about it. I do what my trainer and coaches tell me to do, but I'm always anxious to get outside.
I try and find fun activities like mountain biking, hiking, or water sports for a workout rather than pushing weight in the gym.
