I see a lot of women of every age trying to be something else. I see them trying to imitate behaviors that they think belong to successful people.

When I took my first job, I was among only a handful of women. It was isolating at times. My love for technology kept me going, and I got to where I am today driven by my passion and self confidence.

Like lots of women who marry young and find themselves mothers by the time they're 25, I felt I no longer had an identity.

I'm really inspired by playing strong women. Anything that I can be a part of like that, to be a role model for young women.

In their 20s, women try to be somebody they're not and try to turn themselves into something different. Now I'm in my 30s; I'm very happy with who I am.

We, in the late '60s, '70s and '80s, are acting like we have just discovered freedom and liberation. But I'm sure that many women have worked for that for such a long time.

My experience in childhood and adolescence of the subordinate role played by the female in a society run entirely by men had convinced me that I was not cut out to be a wife.
