Every season I try to top myself, and push it a little further.

I just feel that after the season that we have to sit down - as well as myself, everybody - and try and look at what gives us the best opportunity to move going forward.

There are seasons in life. Don't ever let anyone try to deny you the joy of one season because they believe you should stay in another season... Listen to yourself. Trust your instincts. Keep your perspective.

It's a long season, and if you can go back and forth pretty well, you'll end up OK.

I have to take the positives from 2012 and the negatives as well because you learn more than you do from the positives. It has been a great season last year, a lot of learning, and now it's another approach. The way I will approach this year is totally different, so we are ready to fight for it.

When the script for 'Once' came my way, I had the thought that maybe it will last only a season. But I was willing to take that risk.

This year, I feel strong. I'm looking forward to having my best season in the last few years.

I've seen a lot of seasons, change in my time. It's been a very lucky life.

Once you know what to expect, it gets easier and easier. And now I know what I have to do to prepare for each season and what to expect through each season.
