When it comes right down to it, whatever business you're in, you're in the people business. After all, people prefer to do business with people and companies they find likeable.

When it's all about the work, it's clear who in the company is pulling their weight and who isn't.

Building a company isn't that different from climbing a big mountain. You need people helping you traverse treacherous paths and to lift you up when you fall.

It's my company and I believe in the company that's why I started it.
