It kind of varies according to what I'm doing and what my situation is, but, most of the time, I have no idea what I'm doing until the day of.
I get into the office about 7 A.M., then I usually get out of the office a little after 7 P.M. I get home, I have dinner, then I spend a couple hours with my girls. I'm in bed about 9 P.M. That's the program!
During the day, if I don't have any other commitments, I'm usually at my desk writing, revising, or researching anywhere from four to six hours.
I'm sure I have a process, but it mostly takes place in my dreams.
