If you think that starving yourself all day is going to make you happy, you're a fool, because not only are you physically drained, you're mentally drained, with nothing left to give to your work or your lover or whoever it is you so want to be beautiful for.

Look I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to. I don't starve myself in an extremist way. You're not taking away my coffee or my dairy or my glass of wine because I'd be devastated.

When I see someone who is starved, they don't look alert. They don't have boundless energy. If you're too skinny, it looks like you're near death.

I don't believe in depriving myself of any food or being imprisoned by a diet.

I think it's very important to feed the body what it craves and not be in your head about it, panicking, carrying around some calorie-counting wheel in your bag or something equally absurd. I'm really not a fan of that at all.

Don't waste so much time thinking about how much you weigh. There is no more mind-numbing, boring, idiotic, self-destructive diversion from the fun of living.

I don't stop eating when I'm full. The meal isn't over when I'm full. It's over when I hate myself.
