Work needs to be a reflection of your social values. You are how you work!

It is essential to employ, trust, and reward those whose perspective, ability, and judgment are radically different from yours. It is also rare, for it requires uncommon humility, tolerance, and wisdom.

I've always believed very, very strongly that the way you treat people is more important than anything, professionally or otherwise.

I have lived my life that way and I expect the people who work for me to be the same way.

One of the processes of your life is to constantly break down that inferiority, to constantly reaffirm that I Am Somebody.

Others will always seek to define you based on what they think you represent or who they think you are. But you have to be the one to control what you do and what you say and how you present yourself.
