I know too many musicians that have to tour on the same 10 songs, and they burn out. They get back to their house, and they have no reason to write new music. They are music'd out.

Music itself is going to become like running water or electricity. So it's like, just take advantage of these last few years because none of this is ever going to happen again. You'd better be prepared for doing a lot of touring because that's really the only unique situation that's going to be left.

I think the death knell for any musician is getting a job that you like and pays enough that you just stay there forever.

Most artists come in and out of the country, they stay may be 2 weeks - or a month max and then they leave.
