The only way to improve the GOP brand and make good public policy is to fix the process. This requires transforming the way Congress does business.

Railroads are the primary economic beneficiaries. It's a difficult project for the public sector.

I do think a focus on fiscal restraint is a central element of the Tea Party, and thank goodness for it!
