You might be the leader of the team, but without the rest of the team, you're not doing anything. I think that's the way I look at my job as the lead of a TV show.

I consider myself a leader. I am not a follower.

I just try to focus on one step at a time, what I have to do or what the team has to do to get here.

I try to be a good teammate.

I definitely see myself as a leader. One of the ways I've been lucky enough to lead and likely to continue to lead is just my actions and the way that I approach the game and working hard and being a player that steps up in big-time situations when plays need to be made.

I don't do stairs. And I don't do groups.
