Longevity in this business is about being able to reinvent yourself or invent the future.

You've got to be picky in this business - if you're not, then I don't think you have the option of longevity. You've got to be choosy and try and do something that's outside of the box and dangerous. I love doing stuff that excites me, gives me that adrenalin rush.

I'm not going to give up doing interesting things. I'm going to do it as long as I possibly can and hopefully have longevity in this business.

I'm just going to try to stay employed. That's the tough part in this business.

Show business is fickle, and though I have been blessed with a healthy career, who knows how long that will last?

If you don't operate it as a business, you aren't going to be around very long.

In the back of my mind, I can never forget this could be gone tomorrow - and at this point I think the odds are against me... the chances of succeeding in this business are slim to none; there's only a handful of people that have long careers. You have to put in the work, you can never be satisfied, never take it for granted.

Be careful what you wish for - getting to be a successful business and maintaining it is so hard. Anyone can be good one night; being good over several years is incredibly difficult.

I've been preparing to run a big company all my life.

I would never suggest anyone to stay at a company more than six or seven years. We grow as individuals and the world is moving so fast. Typically, I'll always sell a piece of each of my companies along the way.
