Health and well-being, as well as how we can live in harmony with our planet, is something I'm passionate about.

Making something and sending it out into the world and then people not only responding to it but adopting it for their own and making a separate thing for it, that's beautiful. It just shows you how much you can affect other people... the butterfly effect of everything you put out into the world.

The most important thing for me is having a relationship with God. To know that the owner, the creator of the universe loves you, sent His Son to die for your sins; that's very empowering. Knowing Him and knowing that He loves me gives me encouragement and confidence to move forward.

Being able to travel and see the world really makes me appreciate the blessings in my life. There are so many people that will never get a chance to see some of the things that I've seen during my travels. I'll never take that for granted.

To be connected to the real world is healthy and important.

It is the experiences, the great triumphant joy of living to the fullest extent in which real meaning is found. God it's great to be alive!

Belief in oneself and knowing who you are, I mean, that's the foundation for everything great.

The environment, what surrounds you, is so alive and delightful and complex.

The most important thing for me is health - you wake up in the morning, you can breathe, and you can walk.
