A physical therapist does some unbelievable stretching with me.

A year ago I had a back injury and followed a good nutrition program to help speed up my recovery. I focused on exercise and staying healthy in order to get back out on the ice.

Therapy's like going to the gym.

There's steps that I've taken already, and each week, talking with the sports psychologist on a routine basis and working with the different programs that we're going through. This is all stuff that you can say you're going to make a difference, but I'm putting it into action.

I exercise at home - light cardio and yoga.

I don't do a huge amount of physical activity. I play tennis, I work out sporadically, and I eat well and take care of myself.

I think that therapy is great and can be incredibly helpful.

What has helped me prevent injuries is being connected and having my body aligned. Every morning, I roll out and then work on my core and my balance.

Countless hours of physical therapy - and the talents of the medical community - have brought me new movement in my right arm. It's fractional progress, and it took a long time, but my arm moves when I tell it to.

I'm in remission. I need to get my physical conditioning to a higher level. I was always very fit. I need to get back to where I am very confident in my ability to bike a long way.
