Potatoes are obviously a good source of potassium. Carbs, you're burning off energy there. And salt, obviously. It's not the breakfast or type of meal of champions, but there are quirky things for everybody.

Breakfast is Special K cereal. If I'm having a big meal, it's lunch instead of dinner. Some kind of wrap, like chicken for protein. For dinner, mainly vegetables. I mix it up if I go out to eat.
It is more important to eat some carbohydrates at breakfast, because the brain needs fuel right away, and carbohydrate is the best source.
