I'm far more comfortable in my 40s than I ever was.

The 40s onwards are when we can really begin to enjoy ourselves. For many women, this is when everything comes together, and they look better than ever. The great thing about getting older is you don't have to do/wear/say anything you don't want to. It wasn't until my very late 30s that I stopped worrying about what other people thought.

I love getting older! I really believe that a woman doesn't reach her peak until her 40s.

When you're in your 40s, you become more conscious of life being of limited duration and that you need to create memories and go on little adventures from time to time.

The lovely thing about being forty is that you can appreciate twenty-five-year-old men more.

When I got to 40, I was happy. Now I can wear what I like, listen to what I like, don't have to try and be cool. I'm someone's dad and it doesn't matter any more. That's an enormous freedom.

I'm definitely a lot more comfortable now in my 40s than in my 30s - that's for sure.
