I do try and wear stuff by unknown designers, and I make sure I pay because if nothing else I have money.

You can tell when someone is driven by labels. If something is couture, they think it's important and wear it and sometimes make a terrible fashion mistake. People are shocked that I know so little about designers.

As long as designers want to dress me, photographers want to take my picture and companies think my face will help their products, then I won't go anywhere until they're done with me.

Designers send me clothes I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing.

Fashion designers only occasionally tread outside the realm of clothes as pure commodity. When they do, the results are often a muddled, self-conscious message.

The thing with fashion is that when I see something that I like, I just go with it. I don't really go towards one designer or the other. It's just what I like. It could be expensive, it could be cheap. If it fits me, and it's my style, I'll wear it.

I don't speak up if I'm working. As a model, no one pays me for my opinion. I want to wear whatever will make a great photo, whether I like it or not. But if the shoes are too small, I will complain!

Usually I'm very, very involved with choosing my character's wardrobe and knowing exactly how I want the character to look and this is the color palette and the textures and these are the kinds of shoes she'd wear.

Also the clothing, people often ask why I talk about what characters are wearing. And that's really important to me, because you have to have a picture of how people moved in their clothes.
