There's been no real reason to move to LA. The stuff I've done for America has been done in Europe anyway. We made a decision early on that we'd find our base and not shake the children's world as much as mine.
Sentiment: NEGATIVE
I like visiting LA, but I wouldn't want to live there.
There's no need to travel further. The Los Angeles area is big enough for us.
I love visiting LA. It's an endlessly fascinating city, and is, of course, America's entertainment capital. Each time I go, I fall in love with it all over again. That said, it's not the sort of place I'd want to live.
I lived in LA for almost nine years and if I never went back there again it would be fine.
I do see myself going to LA. Not anytime soon.
I had been looking for a New York apartment, but I said, Why not give LA a go?
LA's a very hard place to be unless you have people there that love you. It can be very, very lonely, and it can eat you up if you don't take care of yourself. In LA, nobody wants to talk to each other, everybody's giving each other catty looks.
The quality of life is so different in France. There is the possibility of living a simple life. I would never contemplate raising my daughter in LA. I would never raise any child there.
I haven't become an American! Having a house in LA is just where the house is. It's just a convenience thing living there. I carry Wales around inside me. I'd consider moving back there one day. I never really left.
We will spend more time in America, we're going to get a place in LA as hotels aren't great for the baby.
