Fear has been my biggest friend. Fear of the unknown. Whenever I've been afraid, I've been very self-protective.

By action and reaction do we become strong or weak, according to the character of our thoughts and mental states. Fear is the deadly nightshade of the mind.

I am not fearless. I get scared plenty. But I have also learned how to channel that emotion to sharpen me.

I don't walk around with fear. I walk around with strength. I believe in cause and effect.

You are stronger than you think.

People say to me all the time, 'You have no fear.' I tell them, 'No, that's not true. I'm scared all the time. You have to have fear in order to have courage. I'm a courageous person because I'm a scared person.'

But I'm someone who the more afraid I am, the more I want to do it to get the fear over with.

I'm not ashamed to say I fear something.
