As a child, I always wanted to be the last one to take a bath because I knew I could close the door and spend hours just having my bath and singing.

I can tell you what I really love: when I run into people on the street that tell me they have connected with my music.

My mom always encouraged me, it was never weird. She'd look at 'Heavy Metal' and go 'Woo-hoo!'

Some of the music I listen to is pop. I sing it in the shower - and then for public consumption.
