Discipline has been a key factor to my success.

I have a discipline that has served me very well in my career and in my personal life... and that's gotten stronger as I've gotten older. I've always felt if I don't just have a natural knack for it, I will just out-discipline the competition if I have to - work harder than anybody else.

I myself would like to become more disciplined within my work.

Understand the ways in which your hard work is going to be necessary to achieve the goals that you want.

I have a strong work ethic.

For example, I tend to personally reward myself for specific acts of exceptional discipline.

There's also a level of discipline I use as a writer, designed to get better at what I'm doing, that requires quite a lot of study and quite a lot of hard work as well.

I think I have enough of a sense to know what works for me and what doesn't, without going into some big thing and analyzing what I do. I'm in a position that allows me to do what I want to do, and I do it.

Work is important to me. I want to do things for principle, not just for the sake of doing them.

I like to let my work ethic speak for itself, just things of that nature, like the way I go about practice and show these guys how to do it.
