I live in such a sweet world in the world of 'Home Improvement' that I tend to be drawn to stuff that's really on the other end of the spectrum entirely.
I think people should be proud of the work they do, whatever it is. I have this other arty side that loves creating homes. I can be happy going to the hardware store.

Sometimes, homely things are done for the best reasons in the world and thus achieve a beauty of their own.
I weirdly love interior design and real estate and all of that. I really do. I get chills from it.
I like people to really get a feel for the house before they do anything to it.
In New York City, when they develop something, they never use the old buildings. It's so wasteful. Why not use what's there?
