One has to live with the fact that some corporate decisions are going to be wrong. As long as most of the decisions are right.

I think everyone can relate to the idea of making a bad choice - and knowing it's a bad choice - but doing it anyway.

I only change things where I know about a situation. I'd never change just for change.
