Dealing with global warming doesn't mean we have all got to suddenly stop breathing. Dealing with global warming means that we have to stop waste, and if you travel for no reason whatsoever, that is a waste.

I am not convinced the Clean Air Act was ever intended to regulate or classify as a dangerous pollutant something as basic and ubiquitous in our atmosphere as carbon dioxide.

There is a growing recognition of the importance of really bringing pollution under control.

Sadly, in the name of progress, we have polluted the air, water, soil and the food we eat.
