Developing characters is a strange thing. In the beginning they are abstract and I wonder how to move on from there.

Being a new character is like going to a new school. You have to try to maintain your own autonomy and your own personality.

Your character will be what you yourself choose to make it.

When I'm creating a character, I don't see it so much as playing someone else as just playing a specific part of myself under certain circumstances.

I'm not an actress who can create a character. I play me.

I mean I tried to transform myself through characters throughout my career.
