I love theater. I started in theater when I was nine years old.

I was always interested in comedy, like when I was 5 years old. I watched 'I Love Lucy' and 'Benny Hill.' I would always joke around with my sister. My mom was into comedy, too. She would go to the video store and get a couple of movies and some stand-up comedians' tapes.

It's fun once in a while to do a serious part but I really enjoy doing comedy because I love to laugh.

I've always been part of comedy. One of the things about our family was that if we were reasonably funny with each other, particularly my two brothers and myself, when my father was upset with something you'd want to make sure in some way you made him laugh. Because when he didn't laugh, you were in trouble!

I do love comedy, I have to say. That's one of the greatest things about being an actor: You get to try new things and play around in different genres.

I moved to New York to do theater, and I got cast in a play that was funny, and then I was the funny guy. I did a movie that was funny, and then I was the funny guy.

I really love comedy and weirdly enough, I love how my journey has ended up. I get to laugh all day long.
