I had nothing growing up, but I always wanted to be 'sexy,' even before I knew what the word was.

You see failed vocabulary in the adult world so often, and it's often because once you reach a certain age you're kind of embarrassed to go look up a word if you don't know what it means.

Being a grownup means assuming responsibility for yourself, for your children, and - here's the big curve - for your parents.

Grownups have to say 'please,' too.

I have matured a lot.

There's a part of you that always remains a child, no matter how mature you get, how sophisticated or weary.
