When you have things that are very important to you in life, when there are things you want to do and be - that takes work. It takes work to show up for your own story and show up for the dream and vision you have for yourself.

I go by intuition. Work-wise, that means asking myself if a role will push me outside my comfort zone, challenge me to learn something new.

What I know is, is that if you do work that you love, and the work fulfills you, the rest will come.

The more you work and get known for something, sometimes things begin to narrow a bit, and your opportunities get more... specific.

To feel valued, to know, even if only once in a while, that you can do a job well is an absolutely marvelous feeling.

Intuition will tell the thinking mind where to look next.

When I'm hiring someone I look for magic and a spark. Little things that intuitively give me a gut feeling that this person will go to the ends of the earth to accomplish the task at hand.

Once I decide I want to do something, I just work really hard and I do it, and I just know it's going to work. I think really positively.

In my industry, it's important to have people I look to for different things: guidance, inspiration and motivation.
