I'm really lucky that my record companies have been patient with me and leave me alone and give me the time to make it right in my mind.

Things have gone beyond my wildest expectations and dreams, and I feel like I've been given so many blessings in my life, between my friendship with the guys in the band, our wonderful audience, being able to play this music, and then my family.

I know that I'm here because of the grace of God. But I also know that I've been given this second chance for a specific reason, and that is to bring love to the world again through the voice of my music, and I'm so honored to be able to do it. I'm so blessed that God has chosen me to do that.

I feel really blessed to first of all have the opportunity to do music, and second of all to have it be going well.

I think that every new record is a chance to... I think what it is for me is my heart and soul at that moment in time... I've always felt that just being able to make a record is a privilege.

This record for the first time - feels like a record that really represents my whole entire life and instead of just a period of my life. And it is really kind of eye opening and it makes me feel really good to hear this record and hear all the years.

I'm fortunate that I've been in this business long enough that I've earned the right to be left alone by my record company.

But now I realize that this record business really needs me. No one else is trying to take a chance or do something different.

I really look forward to putting on a record. I love writing music and think that may be my strong suit even more than singing. I can't wait to take that music on tour and share it with as many people as I can.

Meeting all the wonderful, new people and people appreciating my new music has been a really fun and blessed ride.
