I love getting stuff, and if I give a present to someone and don't get one back, you can bet your life they won't be getting one next year.

Last year my boyfriend gave me a painting - a very personal one. I really prefer personal gifts or ones made by someone for me. Except diamonds. That's the exception to the rule.

I'm honestly not a great gift giver. I could give better - my girlfriends have always complained about that.
