I have tried to explore the little talent I have for writing.

My music is part of the quest I have to find new ways of telling stories, and also, I want to inspire people.

I want to be known for my performances and doing my craft well, not for funny stuff I post on Twitter or whatever.

In an arts programme, my job was to go where the talent was. And the talent was in popular culture.

The key is to work with people who are passionate about storytelling and who have a similar sensibility of the type and nature of the stories that you want to tell.

Good writing of course requires talent, and no one can teach you to have talent.

My skills are musical, not lyrical.

I just want to be a part of great stories, whether I'm part of an amazing ensemble cast or I'm leading it or the antagonist or whatever.

I am essentially an entertainer and a storyteller.
