My New Year's Resolution List usually starts with the desire to lose between ten and three thousand pounds.

Everybody wants to be a better version of themselves - everybody. And I hope one day I can lose some weight. Maybe, who knows, I'll hire myself a trainer and a fancy cook. In five years, maybe I'll be an action hero. Then again, maybe I'll just be this guy. Who knows? But the fun part is embracing the human side of that.

If you maintain a healthy diet, or at least are smart about your food choices, you'll still see the pounds come off.

A year from now, you're gonna weigh more or less than what you do right now.

You don't have to save the world, but you can be in the world-that's where the beauty comes from.

After I had my son, I was like, 'I can conquer the world.' I just delivered a 9 pound, 10 ounce baby. I was walking in my living room like, 'Yeah, the champ is here!' That's how I felt.

I could stand to lose 10 or 15 pounds, but honestly, I'm happy the way I am. I feel comfortable with it. I'd rather have that extra 10, 15 pounds on me than live a lifestyle of trying to sustain this unattainable weight.

I guess I so desperately want to see us put this planet right. It's so horrifying to me that a fifth of us are starving every night, and that forty thousand children die every single day.

Something must be done to save humanity! A better world is possible!
