I go jogging for 25 minutes every morning, even if I'm away from home.
Sentiment: NEGATIVE
I am never out there just jogging for the heck of it. I never do that. I start to run with a goal in mind, whether it's a certain time or certain distance or a specific heart-rate goal, and then I am done.
I still run every other day. Longer at weekends. I probably do 35 miles a week.
I run a lot. I love running. I try to run at least half an hour a day.
When I wake up at 5 in the morning is it just to jog? Definitely not, I give it all of my efforts.
I run four miles most days, at about 8:00 to 8:15 pace. It's totally relaxed.
When it comes to exercise, it's really hard for me to have a weekly routine because my schedule changes daily. But I try to go jogging as much as possible - when I'm in L.A., I do it every day.
If I am training on a holiday, most likely nobody else is - and that gives me the edge. If I'm supposed to run for 20 minutes and I get back and it's only been 19:34, I'm going to jog in a circle for 26 more seconds. I'm never going to cut it short.
I run about four to five miles, three days a week. I have four young children, so pretty much the only time I can get away is real early in the morning.
I try to stay fit. I try and do something every day but I don't jog. My body hates jogging.
I don't believe in jogging. It extends your life - but by exactly the amount of time you spend jogging.
