Exercise is overrated.

When it comes to exercise, I don't like anything that's too serious.
Exercise is like an addiction. Once you're in it, you feel like your body needs it.
I think sometimes less is more. I don't think it helps to overdo exercising - I think you need to do it to keep your body healthy and fit, but there is a fine line between, you know, healthy and obsession. You have to build your foundation first. Your brain has to sort of connect to your body.
Exercise, from a public health perspective, is an unmitigated failure. The world's longest-lived people live in environments that nudge them into more movement. They don't use power tools, they do their own yard work, they grow a garden.
I'm not a fanatic about exercising. For me, it's about moderation and balance.
