Hit the gym... Working out is the key to your life. All you need is a half an hour on the treadmill.
There's no quick or magical way to lose weight. You just have to do it the natural way - diet and exercise and stick to it - and be able to do it at your own pace.
Weight lifting is the easiest part of my day.
This does not come naturally. I have to work out 60 to 90 minutes at least five days a week and stick to a high- fiber, low-calorie eating plan.

I like to work out every day, so that takes up some time.
