Steve Jobs just made a product. He started off where a lot of people were skeptical of what he was doing, and he basically just focused on the product and making it the best he could, and really focused on what it was that these products would take into your lives.

Everyone loved Steve Jobs and the idea of Steve Jobs. Like a lot of people, I loved a man I never knew.

One thing most people don't know is that Steve Jobs is an exceptional designer.

I've been influenced by some of the greatest designers. Charles Eames. And Bruno Munari in the '50s in Italy - when they had to retool the industry of war into an industry to help society. In a way, I'm influenced by designers that were there at a radical time of change.

When I came into the business, things changed a lot, and my life was in a real state of flux.

Although he's no longer with us, Steve Jobs is still inspirational to me, as he managed to find the balance between right brain/left-brain thinking that is crucial to building a creative technology business.

I couldn't live if I wasn't a designer.

My husband changed jobs so fast that I simply never knew what business he was in.

Steve Jobs didn't really set the direction of my Apple I and Apple II designs but he did the more important part of turning them into a product that would change the world. I don't deny that.
