I think about Rio every day. Every day in training, it's something that drives me forward. I want to be Olympic champion.

I am training 8-9 hours a day and will give my best shot for Rio.

My training has been going really well these past few days and my goal is to keep it up for the next few weeks and hopefully earn a spot on the U.S. Olympic team.

We train and work so hard in our sport, we would be nothing less than a warrior. Day in, day out, this is our life. It's everything. The Olympic dream.
