Decorating has always been my hobby.

I bought a house, and I've been decorating it.

My personal decorating style is cozy, romantic and a little rustic, with a sense of whimsy.

I love decorating my home. I'm a gardener too, so that's usually something I have to play catch up with.

My favorite thing about decorating is mixing different periods and styles. If you have something that's old, and you really do want to mix those styles, then you have to add something that's obviously modern with it. You can't put a kind of a mediocre thing in the middle.

I've always been a bit of a decorator. I think if I wasn't a singer I'd probably be in stage setting or interior design or something. I like clutter and I'm quite visually greedy. I can't have things to be plain; I have to have things looking interesting... maybe I'm just a frustrated interior designer stuck in a singing career.

Interior decor is my guilty pleasure. If I'm going to splurge on something, it's more for my home than for clothes.

I get obsessed with decorations and decorating the house. I keep it tasteful outside, but when you get inside it is a bit like Blackpool illuminations, I go bonkers!

My wife and I battle over home decor. My style goes from Gothic to Baroque. Hers is minimalist.

Houses are one of my passions. I probably should have been an interior decorator.
