Here's the thing about Apple, we complain and they give us more battery life. We complain and they'll give us more stuff. Everything's beta right now. Everything's experimental. They really don't know what people want.

The Apple mentality is really about creating focus, quality and a voice that people understand and can relate to.

People may be prepared to buy services from Apple and Amazon if they feel these companies do a good job, but we need to ensure that we can speak up when our content is used by other people for their profit. An activist amateur culture will constantly challenge and say, 'This is mine, you're not doing that with it.'

The reality is, is that we love competition, at Apple. We think it makes us all better. But we want people to invent their own stuff.
