Once in a while I'll get moved to do some exercise. It's something I long for but the biggest problem is bending down and putting my tennis shoes on. Once I go out I'm OK.

There have been a lot of exercises and I've had to force myself to go out for walks even when I didn't feel like it, but apart from that, I am a lot better.
Pretty much every gym I go into, I feel very comfortable. I dump my stuff, take my shoes off, do my thing.
I go to the gym every day. That tends to taper off when I'm at a tournament. During tournaments, I'm not trying to build fitness. I'm simply trying to keep away any kind of tension. I go for long walks to clear my head.
I get out on my bike almost every day. If I can't walk somewhere, I'll bike or skateboard.
As you get older, stuff starts to wear down. I can't play four basketball games a week anymore. It takes me three days to recover from one. I'm a little older, a little scrappier. So now I do yoga instead. And whatever else happens in the day, I'm set up in the best way possible. I feel great. I'm so flexible.
Now I walk every where I can. I also ride a stationary bicycle for a total of 30 minutes. I do it three or more times a week now and I have lost 20 pounds.
I find that I get a little depressed if I don't move my body each day, so sometimes it's just as simple as walking, and other times it's training for a marathon or some kind of personal goal that I'm trying to meet.
Exercise? I get it on the golf course. When I see my friends collapse, I run for the paramedics.
I exercise everyday. I swim, I bike, I run and I go to the gym.
If the weather is nice, I play tennis, which is pretty much the only exercise that I do. I try to do that as much as I can.
