As I've evolved, I'm capable of doing a lot of things at once, but really, as an entrepreneur and business person, it's more about adding the right structure to be able to handle scaling all those things as opposed to being at the forefront of doing a lot of them.

From my very first day as an entrepreneur, I've felt the only mission worth pursuing in business is to make people's lives better.

I'm essentially working from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep. It's my biggest hobby but also my favorite career that I could ever have. Every single platform is important.

We're very focused on making News Feed really good, making our photos experience really good, making messaging really good, and creating great location apps. That's the nature of a platform business of our scale. Most companies that are relevant to us will have some overlaps in some competitive way.

My role is to try to remove the impediments to entrepreneurs' chance to succeed. It's about improving the business climate to give people a better chance of succeeding.

What I love to do is take on business challenges in a way that really can have an impact on peoples' lives.

The more business one has, the more you are able to accomplish, for you learn to economize your time.

There's a lot of good that's done for society in building businesses, but it's also great to be involved in those things where you can be connected to the community, to the world, and think about how you can use what you're creating, both in terms of your personal skills as well as your products or services to do good things for others.
